The app is continuously monitored by both the distributor and Safeapp Norge AS. Uptime is 99.5%.
Complaints must be submitted immediately after a defect is discovered.

Limitation of Liability
The app communicates via your telecommunications provider to predefined recipients. Safeapp Norge AS is not responsible for communication failures.
We are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the app.
We are not liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), including labor disputes, fire, war, government actions, or supplier failures.
We are also not responsible for product changes made by suppliers.
